Jackson County, Alabama’s historic Pikeville Store & Grill restaurant dates back to circa 1907-1908.  The wooden ceiling in the front area of our restaurant is the original wood salvaged from the initial building from well over a century ago!

The Pikeville Store & Grill is famously-known for its award-winning & DELICIOUS fresh-grilled hamburgers & cheeseburgers dressed-out any way desired, a wide variety of traditional sides and other fresh entree items, the south’s finest house-brewed “sweet tea” & all the traditional soft drinks, and our very unique homemade special dessert items such as moon pie banana pudding, peanut butter pie, hand-dipped milkshakes, and deep-fried moon pies (vanilla or chocolate moon pies dipped in sweet funnel cake batter, flash-fried and topped with chocolate sauce & powdered sugar)!

Located approximately five (5) miles north of the city of Scottsboro, Alabama, the Pikeville Store & Grill restaurant is open for lunch from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm Tuesdays through Saturdays.  (Closed on Sundays and Mondays).  We’re also traditionally closed during the week of the Independence Day holiday (the week of & during the 4th of July), the week of & during Thanksgiving, and the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Dining at the historic Pikeville Store & Grill restaurant- located out in the rural & scenic northeast Alabama countryside- is like stepping back in time......back to an age & time when the pace of life was slower, back when people were much more friendly & kind, and back when quality fresh-cooked restaurant food just tasted so much better!

Although we’re not a “fast-food” restaurant, we genuinely are an all-American, family-owned & local-area small business with a big reputation for delicious & quality food cooked-up fresh & done right.  We also take tremendous pride in being well-regarded for treating people (our staff AND our customers) right & in accordance with the “Golden Rule” ..... treating people the way we’d want & desire to be treated ourselves.  This is how we operate every single day and we’re mighty proud of it!
